Instructions for SharePoint 2010 (With 2010 Interface)
Navigate to the parent site (the main original site).
Note
: When you change anonymous access settings on your parent site, all child sites will inherit the settings as well unless you explicitly change them on the child site.
Click
Site Actions → Site Permissions.
Click
Anonymous Acess
.
Select what anonymous users can access and click
OK.
